Rules:

 Only use the room that you paid for. 

If others rooms are being used by you or family/friends, you will be charged for those rooms.

Do not kick/throw the balls into the ceilings, lights, etc...

Do not touch the thermometers, we regulate the heat/air.

All lights must be turned off after using the facility.

ABSOLUTELY NO SUNFLOWERS SEEDS ARE TO BE CHEWED INSIDE THE FACILITY.

 

Payments:

In order to reserve a room, you will need to pay with a credit card online and that will secure your time/day.

If you need to pay with a check, there will be a $10.00 convenience fee per check.

If you need to cancel, a 48 hour cancellation is required.***

If you cancel online, you will automatically be fully refunded.***

***Please note that if you schedule through direct contact with the owner, not the online portal, and/or if you receive a bulk scheduling discount when the appointment is made… refunds will be handled on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed.***

Cancelling due to bad weather:

We understand that our facility is heavily used during the winter months and that sometimes practices have to be cancelled due to road conditions. If contact is made with the owner PRIOR to the appointment time, a credit can be issued to use on a later make-up date.

This facility is for trainers and coaches. If you would like a tour of the facility, you may email oldschooltrainingfacility@gmail.com to set a time. 

We provide balls for the pitching machine.
